RETURNS, REFUNDS and CANCELLATION POLICY

365 days no-questions-asked refund policy

We have a 365 days no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us on hello@liquidbird.com with your order number or use the same email address you used to place the order. Full refund including any shipping/transaction charges will be provided. Please allow 3-5 days for the amount to be credited back to the payment method used.

In simple words: If you are not satisfied for ANY reason, we will refund you the full amount. Return shipping charges will be borne by us.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order with the order number and your email id. We will provide cancellation without any charges.
